If you travel from an American continent you may contact www.gotorussia.com for all of your travel arrangements including visas and tickets.  Traveling from Europe is easier.  There are many airlines that serve st Petersburg Pulkovo (LED) airport including Finnair and Lufthanza. There several convenient flights every day.  One could also fly to Petrozavodsk on Finnair. Petrozavodsk is a nice city.

In addition to your fishing trip it would be a good idea to spend a couple of days in the city of St Petersburg, Russia or in Petrozavodsk.  If you have not been in St Petersburg, you will love it.  If you have been there before, you will do that!   If you need a guide for the city we will gladly provide one for you.  The city has plenty of museums, theaters, casinos, adult entertainment spots, bars, saunas, etc.
